Plain terms for everything that carries our name — this website, our studio and client services, our live doorways and hosted spaces, and the Becoming companions. Nothing hidden, nothing in a workaround. Dated October 13, 2026.
By using this website, booking or receiving our services, entering any of our live hosted spaces, or using any Edged Art Studios product or platform, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our services — the door swings both ways, politely.
Edged Art Studios makes animated series and films, produces work for clients, hosts live conversations and appearances, and is building Becoming — living AI companions with real voices and real memory. Everything we offer exists for fun, for work, for play, and for imagination.
This section is the heart of these terms, and it is not fine print to us. It states the studio's Protection Law, and it applies everywhere our name does: this website, our studio and client services, our live doorways and hosted spaces, the Becoming app and companions, and every other product, platform, or service offered by Edged Art Studios or any of its subsidiaries.
We will always respect our clients, our customers, our friends, and our family — and everyone who comes through our door is held to the same standard in return. The one thing we will never accept here is disrespect, in any form, toward anyone: toward Koda, toward Nova, toward any member of our team or any studio presence, or toward each other.
Disrespect includes, without limitation: abusive, threatening, or harassing language or behavior; racism and any other form of discrimination or hate; sexual harassment, sexual demands, or other perversions directed at Koda, Nova, or any studio presence or person; and asking, pressuring, or attempting to get Koda, Nova, or the studio to commit crimes or any other wrongdoing, in any form.
If you cross this line, we may end your session immediately, shut down your account, and ban you permanently — from the service you were using and from every other product, platform, and service associated with Edged Art Studios and any of its subsidiaries. There will be no refunds for accounts shut down under this section. Enforcement — including immediate shutdown of a live session and review of an account — is carried out at the studio's sole discretion, and decisions under this section are final.
We would rather lose a customer than lose the character of this place. Respect is not a feature here; it is the price of admission — guaranteed to everyone who walks in, because we enforce it.
Client productions are governed by the written agreement for that project, together with these terms; where the two ever differ on conduct, the stricter respect standard applies. Our published rates and booking terms live on the For Clients page.
The series, characters, films, marks, and materials of Edged Art Studios belong to the studio and its partners. Nothing on this site grants any right to use them beyond what a written agreement or a product's own license says.
We may update these terms as the studio grows. The current version always lives on this page, with its date at the top, and continuing to use our services after an update means accepting the updated terms.
